I am a 17 year Military Veteran, having served in both the Army and Navy and I am also a Certified Protection Specialist, graduating from (ESI) Executive Security International in 2000.

I began my Karate training in the 1980's in Hawaiian (ZA-ZEN-TE) Free Style Karate under Lee Willis, as I began to advance I started to cross train in various styles throughout my career to include: Jeet Kune Do Gung Fu, ​Kenpo Karate, Moo Duk Kwon Karate, World Tang Soo Do Karate, Tae Kwon Do Karate, Gojo Ryu Karate, Hwa Rang Do Karate, Aikido, Combative Aikido, Kajukenbo Kung Fu, Wing Chun Kung Fu, American Boxing and Kickboxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Cabelas Serrada Escrima, Combat Submission Wrestling, Tsunami-Ryu Bujutsu Kai Karate, Tsunami-Ryu Jojutsu Karate, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Modern Army Combatives.
